Flaster/Greenberg P.C. announced Clare M. Block (pictured) as the firm’s new director of marketing. In this role, she will be responsible for directing and overseeing Flaster/Greenberg’s firm-wide marketing, client communication and business development initiatives for all six office locations.
Jean M. Hadley also joined Flaster/Greenberg P.C. as the firm’s new director of recruitment and professional development. Hadley will be responsible for the firm’s attorney recruitment initiatives as well as identifying professional development needs in accordance with firm business goals, practice needs and strategic growth for all six office locations.
Evesham Mortgage, LLC, announced Matthew Boyce joined its team of mortgage advisors. As a sales manager and advisor, Boyce and his team will help families and investors purchase and refinance homes. Boyce has been in the mortgage industry for 12 years and most recently was a sales manager with AnnieMac Home Mortgage in Mount Laurel.
Heather L. Demirjian joined law firm Parker McCay’s Mount Laurel office as an associate in the environmental law practice. Demirjian concentrates her practice in all areas of state and federal environmental law.
Dr. Minal Patel rejoined Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon BCBSNJ) as senior vice president and chief strategy officer. In his new role, Patel will focus his entrepreneurial skills on Horizon BCBSNJ’s corporate strategy and the development of new business opportunities to meet the needs of its members.
Conigent, a software consulting and development firm located in Cherry Hill, named Roger Sybrowsky its chief operating officer. Sybrowsky, who has more than 30 years of experience in information technology, will run the company’s daily operations, including finance, sourcing, customer support and more.
Inspira Health Network appointed two new members to its senior leadership team, including Todd Way as executive vice president of operations for the network, and Matthew Doonan as in-house general counsel.
Capaldi Reynolds & Pelosi CPAs (CRP) announced Lavinsky, Horowitz & Pollard (LH&P), CPAs and Business Advisors, joined its team. The merger creates the largest locally based accounting, tax, audit, business advisory and consulting firm in southeastern New Jersey. The new firm will have 55 accounting and consulting professionals, including 35 CPAs.
Richard Whittaker has joined Benefit Consultants Group, a retirement plan provider. He brings more than 22 years of experience to the position and will oversee the management of all accounting functions.
Interstate Outdoor Advertising has named Joseph Finkelstein as its new executive vice president and general counsel. With more than three decades of experience, Finkelstein will also work for the Cherry Hill firm’s sister company, Interstate Transit Media, LLC.

Moorestown Ecumenical Neighborhood Development, Inc. (MEND), in collaboration with Burlington County College Foundation, has established a MEND Academic Scholarship program to benefit residents of MEND-owned apartments wishing to further their education at Burlington County College (BCC).
Dr. Jeffrey Brenner, founder and executive director of the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers, was elected to the Institute of Medicine, one of the highest honors in health and medicine. The IOM is a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization established in 1970 by the National Academy of Science to provide independent analysis and recommendations to government agencies, policymakers and the private sector on medical and health issues.
Dilworth Paxson, LLP attorney James H. Landgraf was recognized with the 2014 Professional Lawyer of the Year Award for Burlington County. The award was presented at the Professionalism Awards Luncheon, and recognizes lawyers from bar associations across the state for their character, competence and professional conduct. Landgraf was selected for the award by the Burlington County Bar Association and the New Jersey Commission on Professionalism in the Law, a cooperative venture of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the state and federal judiciary, and New Jersey’s three law schools.
Primitivo J. Cruz was named a new member of the Burlington County College Board of Trustees. Cruz, a Marlton resident, is an associate at White and Williams, LLP.
Healthcare IT News named Inspira Health Network’s Information Systems Department one of five Best Hospital IT Departments in the nation. In total, more than 190 hospital IT departments across the nation were nominated for the honor, which recognizes departments with the highest level of employee satisfaction.
