Crunching Numbers

$400,000: Total amount raised by the Inspira Auxiliary Cumberland County since its inception in 2004. The Auxiliary raises money to support the Inspira Foundation Cumberland/Salem’s mission of providing renewable financial resources for the delivery of quality health care to the region.

$252.7 MILLION: The Grow New Jersey award amount that was granted to EMR Eastern LLC, a metal recycling company, for the possible development of a site located in Camden.

NINTH: Moorestown’s rank on the list of best places in the state to start a business, according to a recent NerdWallet survey. It is the only South Jersey town to place in the top 10.

SEVENTY: Percentage of respondents to a Camden School District survey who indicated the district has made progress on its promise to improve safety, school business, student and teacher support and communication with parents.

23,000: The amount of square feet in the Mount Laurel building that was purchased by Ibis Plaza Office Suites. The company plans to turn the space into what they call “Express Offices.”
