Since taking the reins of the NJ Chamber in 2011, Bracken has pushed for reductions in the state’s tax burden, cuts in government red tape and investments in infrastructure. Among recent accomplishments: the state’s phase-out of the estate tax; a long-sought investment in the Transportation Trust Fund to pay for road and mass transit upgrades; and tax incentives for companies that create jobs through the Economic Opportunity Act.
